Black swan small round earthenware handbuilt and decorated plate

This handbuilt earthenware plate features a solitary black swan with multi coloured dots on a leaf motif. Decorated with underglazes and underglaze pencil , this plate measures 25cm wide by 2cm high.
Jane uses drape molds to hand build her plates and as a result they may not be completely symmetrical !She creates the decoration by using paper stencils on wet clay . Each piece is fired twice , first to bisque , then secondly when glazed . Each plate has Jane's stamp on the underside and is unique. For decorative use only .
Jane hangs her plates on the wall as wall decor by using a plate hook or adhesive plate pad . Each plate will be securely packaged in a sturdy box and packed with newspaper and some biodegradable bubble wrap and sent using a Royal Mail tracked and signed for service .
